How can I view my digital downloads?

What are they?

Digital Downloads are specially compressed and formatted to give the best bang for your buck! Great HD resolution with manageable file sizes makes for a product that we can deliver quickly while maintaining high quality. Digital Downloads are based on the H.264 Codec, which is widely compatible with devices and software across both PC, Mac, and mobile platforms.

How can I play them?

We chose this format because it’s most commonly compatible with your favorite software and devices. Here’s a partial list of some popular devices and software that will play the files:

Quicktime

iTunes

AppleTV

iPhone

iPod

iPad

Blackberry

Real Player

VLC Player

DIVX

Android

Windows Media Player 12 (Windows 7 or higher)

YouTube

Facebook

Vimeo

I’m using one of the players above, and it doesn’t work!

If you’re using a program or device listed above, make sure you’ve downloaded any recent updates or versions. If you’re having trouble with one particular program, we suggest trying some of the others above.

Can I share my videos with other people?

Your digital download is copyright protected and intended for personal use only. Feel free to share it with family and friends.

Redistribution and sales is strictly Prohibited.

Creating a DVD from your digital download

DVDs will not be available this year but the following tutorials will explain how to make your own DVD using the digital download files

on Mac or PC.

How can I add my videos to iTunes and iOS devices?

Digital Downloads are fantastic for watching in iTunes and transferring to your mobile devices (such as an iPod, iPad, or iPhone).

To add a video to iTunes, be sure that you have saved the file onto your computer from the link in your email after your order is fulfilled.

Next, either drag the file directly into the iTunes software while the program is open, or, within iTunes, select File -> Add to Library. Then, navigate to the location on your computer where your video is stored, select the file, and import it into iTunes.

The file will now appear in your iTunes video library, under "Movies". (Sometimes iTunes will list them under "Home Movies".)

To sync this file to your iOS devices, plug your device into the computer, click on the device in the iTunes sidebar, and navigate to the "Movies" tab. Be sure that you've selected the video as one of the videos that you wish to sync to your device, then Apply any setting changes, and complete the sync.

Now, you can share your videos everywhere you go!

Can I upload my video to watch or share on-line?

Videos are for personal use only, and all copyright is owned by Visualize MultiMedia. You will have the ability to share your on-line video with friends and family, or upload your source video to social media websites, if allowed by the website and by the other copyright holders (such as musical composers).

Here are some articles on how to share videos on popular video sharing sites on-line:
